About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enabling Support Worker to join our team at Kenway Court, a residential care home in Southend-on-Sea. As an Enabling Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and encouragement to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, enabling them to live a fulfilling and independent life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support and encouragement to individuals, taking direction from their support plans and the people they support.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to service requirements.
  • Administer personal care and medication as required.
  • Cover sleep-in sessions, with an additional £60 payment per sleep-in.
