We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enabling Support Worker to join our team at Kenway Court, a residential care home in Southend-on-Sea. As an Enabling Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and encouragement to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, enabling them to live a fulfilling life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centred support and encouragement to individuals, taking direction from their support plans and the people they support.
  • Maintaining accurate records and administering personal care and medication as required.
  • Covering sleep-in sessions and receiving an additional £60 per sleep-in.
