We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enabling Support Worker to join our team at Livability Kenway Court. As an Enabling Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and encouragement to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, enabling them to live a full and flourishing life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support and encouragement to individuals, taking direction from the person and their support plan.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, in line with service requirements.
  • Administer personal care and medication, as required.
  • Cover sleep-in sessions, with an additional £60 payment.
