Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication administration.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 6 months of professional care experience in the UK, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Previous experience working with clients with complex care needs, including those with tracheostomies.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and short notice.
