Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual individual to join our Customer Service team as a Product Specialist. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer expert advice and guidance on our products, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure that customers receive a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Contribute to the development of our product knowledge and expertise, staying up-to-date with the latest products and trends.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language (C1/C2 level).
  • Confidence and exceptional telephone manner, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Experience of working in a customer service environment, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting.
  • Computer literate to a high standard, with good Microsoft Office skills.
  • A good knowledge of musical instruments and equipment, preferably with a passion for music.
