Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have a passion for wine, a proven track record of sales success, and excellent leadership skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Performance: Take full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operations of your store, driving sales growth and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, developing team members to excel and reach their full potential.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that customers receive outstanding service and support.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain high operational standards, ensuring that the store is well-organized, clean, and safe.
  • Commercial Acumen: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop plans to drive sales growth and improve KPI performance.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the regional manager, regional operations manager, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience of leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop plans to drive sales growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Wine Knowledge: Passion for wine and a good understanding of the wine industry.
  • Driving License: Hold a full UK/EU/EEA driving license for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
