As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities- Store Performance: Take full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operations of your store, driving sales opportunities and optimising KPI performance.
- Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional customer experience, supporting the team to provide outstanding shopping experiences.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, developing team members to excel and reach their full potential.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high operational standards, ensuring the physical appearance and maintenance of your store are of the highest quality.
- Commercial Acumen: Continuously identify opportunities to improve store operations, building commercially viable rotas and prioritising customer experience to maximise sales opportunities.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure your store and team remain fully compliant, safe, and legal, following internal policies and procedures.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience of leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
- Commercial Acumen: Commercial acumen and ability to understand store performance data, with familiarity and understanding of the wider drinks retail market.
- WSET Qualification: Hold a WSET 3 Qualification and a full UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
