About The Role

As a Store Manager at Morrisons, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our convenience stores. Your entrepreneurial spirit and passion for spotting and developing talent will be key to driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team to create a culture of excellence in customer service, commercial performance, and people development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a diverse team of retail professionals, fostering an inclusive culture that empowers employees to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, understanding their needs and preferences to inform store operations and product offerings.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned retail professional with a passion for leadership, customer service, and team development. Your experience in fast-paced, service-focused environments, such as retail, convenience, or hospitality, will serve as a strong foundation for this role. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven track record of leadership and team management in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with a focus on delivering results in a dynamic environment.
