Convenience Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Morrisons, you will be responsible for leading a team to create a culture where our customer experience is the best in the market, in line with the Morrisons brand. You will work hard to get the best out of your store's commercial performance, treating it as if it was your own business, always thinking of new ways to improve your offering.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Managing store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced retail professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will have a proven track record of leading a team and driving business results, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
