About the Role

The Principal Calibration Engineer will lead the development of core calibration methods for Hybrid and Fully Electric Powertrains, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and drivability. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems and software, optimize hybrid controllers, and validate system performance through dyno and real-world testing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement powertrain control algorithms to calibrate and integrate hybrid and electric powertrain systems.
  2. Plan and execute testing activities, analyze data, and report findings to ensure system performance meets requirements.
  3. Collaborate with engineers to optimize hybrid controllers and overall system performance.
Requirements
  1. Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  2. At least 8 years of post-graduate experience in Powertrain or Vehicle industry with OEM or Tier1 supplier.
  3. Practical calibration experience in powertrain control, chassis, at vehicle or rig level testing.
