About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Powertrain Integration Specialist to lead our calibration activities on Hybrid and pure electric powertrain projects.

This is a key role within our team, requiring a high level of autonomy and the ability to work effectively with a small team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Hands-on calibration activities in all areas of the control and support chassis and powertrain rig level tests
  • Leading the calibration process to meet project deliverables, applying a methodical and pragmatic approach to balance performance, energy consumption, NVH and driveability attributes
  • Developing core calibration methods for new hybrid/EV powertrain systems
  • Supporting control system and software in powertrain systems integration
  • Analysing calibration results to identify improvements and generating engineering change requests

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical knowledge of powertrain systems and calibration processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team and lead calibration activities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with control system and software integration
