**About the Role**

As a key member of our team at Changan UK Careers, you will play a lead role in the calibration activities on Hybrid and pure electric powertrain projects. This will involve working with a high level of autonomy on different subjects within a small team, with a focus on hands-on calibration activities in all areas of the control and support chassis and powertrain rig level tests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead calibration process to meet project deliverables, applying a methodical and pragmatic approach to balance performance, energy consumption, NVH and driveability attributes.
  • Develop core calibration methods for new hybrid/EV powertrain systems.
  • Support control system and software in powertrain systems integration, analyzing calibration results to identify improvements and generate engineering change requests.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in powertrain calibration and integration, with experience working on hybrid and electric vehicle projects. You will also need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
