Clinical Care Coordinator

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a brand new nursing home in the Chelmsford area. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents with a variety of needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Current active NMC Pin and registration.
- Excellent clinical skills and experience in a nursing home setting.
- Ability to write comprehensive care plans and provide empathetic care to residents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days and nights.
- Competitive hourly rate of £21.69 and annual salary up to £49,626.72.
