About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Watch Cleaning Technician to join our team at Swatch Group. As a key member of our Cleaning Department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our watch servicing and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use advanced cleaning equipment and techniques to prepare and clean watches to meet the highest standards.
  • Handle and sort watch components with precision and care to avoid loss or damage.
  • Safely operate and maintain machinery and equipment in line with health and safety guidelines.
  • Organize and manage your workload to meet departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and team targets.
  • Work efficiently and accurately towards individual and team goals, communicating any issues or delays to your supervisor.
Requirements
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Strong manual dexterity and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks to meet targets and SLAs.
  • Good communication skills to effectively report issues and workflow delays.
  • The ability to quickly grasp new concepts and procedures, with a focus on understanding and following instructions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse tasks and responding to changing priorities.
