We are seeking a skilled Watch Cleaning Technician to join our Cleaning Department at Swatch Group's Customer Service Centre in Southampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity in watch servicing and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use ultrasonic machines, steam cleaners, and chemicals to clean watch components, ensuring they meet brand and quality standards.
  • Carefully handle, sort, and label all watch components post-cleaning to avoid loss or damage.
  • Safely operate and maintain machinery and equipment in line with health and safety guidelines.
  • Organize and manage your workload to meet departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and team targets.
  • Work efficiently and accurately towards individual and team goals, communicating any issues or delays to your supervisor.
Requirements
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Strong manual dexterity and ability to manage and prioritize tasks to meet targets and SLAs.
