We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Casing Department at Swatch Group's Customer Service Centre in Southampton. As a Watch Casing Specialist, you will be responsible for disassembling and reassembling watch cases, testing for water resistance, and skillfully fixing bracelets on Swatch Group Traditional brand watches.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out case disassembly, assembly, and water resistance testing, and bracelet interventions on SG brand watches, in accordance with specific brand guidelines and standards.
- Organise and manage allocated work to ensure they are completed within the required department Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Maintain clear communication between yourself, your supervisor, and the technical administration team regarding any potential issues or delays in the workflow.
- Be prepared to undertake brand-specific training and development opportunities to increase knowledge and experience.
