About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Casing Department at Swatch Group's Customer Service Centre in Southampton. As a Watch Casing Specialist, you will be responsible for disassembling and reassembling watch cases, testing for water resistance, and skillfully fixing bracelets on Swatch Group Traditional brand watches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out case disassembly, assembly, and water resistance testing, and bracelet interventions on SG brand watches, in accordance with specific brand guidelines and standards.
  • Organise and manage allocated work to ensure they are completed within the required department Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Maintain clear communication between yourself, your supervisor, and the technical administration team regarding any potential issues or delays in the workflow.
  • Be prepared to undertake brand-specific training and development opportunities to increase knowledge and experience.

  • Professionally conscious with an ability to maintain high-level working relationships.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and motivated to follow specific technical instructions and criteria.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with an effective approach to prioritising own workload.

  • Experience of working towards set targets within a service-driven industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good level of dexterity.
