About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our Transformation and Change team at Royal London. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by delivering high-quality deliverables that support projects to deliver on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis of large and complex change initiatives
  • Elicit, challenge, and document requirements from stakeholders to identify and address business challenges on both waterfall and agile projects
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand current and future state, documenting process maps to reflect these
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, on one or more projects at any given time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions meet requirements
  • Support User Acceptance Testing

About You

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a good understanding of the industry and strong analytical skills. You will have experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Marketing, Commercial, Life & Pensions, Data Solutions, Investments. You will also have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, experience using a variety of business analysis techniques, tools, and standards, and proficient interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
