Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at the Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to lead on data extraction, analytics, and scrutiny of people accessing specialised mental health services. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing data structures and technologies to support business decisions. You will work closely with the Data Engineering and Modelling team to ensure seamless integration and effective data management.

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or business administration. They will have advanced-level skills in Microsoft SQL Server RDBMS, SQL/TSQL, and PowerBI. Experience working in an NHS trust or similar organisation would be an advantage, but not essential.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will have a strong understanding of data analysis and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that data requirements are met and that data is presented in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

  • Advanced-level skills in Microsoft SQL Server RDBMS, SQL/TSQL, and PowerBI.
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or business administration.
  • Experience working in an NHS trust or similar organisation is an advantage.
