This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector by delivering insightful data-driven solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. As a key member of our development team, you will work closely with clinicians and operational colleagues to design and implement business intelligence solutions to support data reporting across the trust.

Main Duties:

  1. Design and implement business intelligence solutions to support data reporting
  2. Develop new dashboards in Power BI to bring together data from multiple sources
  3. Work closely with clinicians and operational colleagues to deliver insightful data-driven solutions

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • MSc (Master of Science) degree or equivalent experience in IT, business intelligence, data science or another relevant field
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Advanced Python and R skills
  • Experience with analysis software for interrogating large datasets
  • Ability to convey complex information to staff with non-technical backgrounds
