Senior Data Analyst

Aspire Data Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Stockport. This is a hybrid role that offers the perfect blend of challenge and opportunity for growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to support business decision-making. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and developing innovative solutions to meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with experience in tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to support business decision-making
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop innovative solutions
  • Develop and maintain high-quality data assets, including data entry, acquisition, and interpretation
  • Assist in the development of publishable content drawn from data insights
  • Support the development of data assets and ensure their resilience in the face of changing data sources
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree and/or technical work experience
  • High work ethic and pride in work and timing
  • Experience in SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate stakeholder management

We are open to both experienced Data Analysts and Managers with demonstrable experience building and solving similar requirements. The role is also open to those looking to build fractional or portfolio careers across a suite of employers.
