About The Role

We are seeking an experienced prudential risk specialist to provide oversight of liquidity, capital, and market risk management for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aid the Infrastructure Support team in maintaining the network and telephony infrastructure within the Bank.
  • Respond promptly to support tickets, queries, and fault reports.
  • Support Network projects where required.
  • Understand the inner workings of an IT department to effectively triage tickets and queries.
  • Ensure all related systems are running and functioning properly.
  • Support ongoing projects.
  • Develop a wider than normal understanding of the traffic flow between locations and inside and outside of the organisation.
About You
  • Excellent communication skills to assist at all levels and convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
  • Flexibility to support the business as and when required outside normal business hours.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • A methodical, step-by-step approach to resolving issues.
  • Confidence in supporting Cisco Firepower's, next gen features, DNA, ISE, and Wireless first networks.
  • Adaptability to do a range of work— sometimes complex and non-routine— in different environments.
  • Ability to work under direction, use discretion, and determine when to escalate issues.
