About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our Infrastructure Support team at Paragon Banking Group PLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the network and telephony infrastructure within the Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for network-related issues and projects
  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure Team to ensure all related systems are running and functioning properly
  • Develop a wider understanding of the traffic flow between locations and inside and outside of the organisation
  • Support ongoing projects and initiatives

About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a methodical approach to resolving issues, and a strong understanding of network technologies and theories. You will be confident in supporting Cisco Firepower's, next gen features, DNA, ISE and Wireless first networks.
