About The Role

We are seeking an experienced prudential risk specialist to provide oversight of liquidity, capital, and market risk management for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will have some form of education or accreditation in network technologies and theories over the past 2 years and be able to provide resource to the Infrastructure Support team to support the Network environment.

The Infrastructure Team are responsible for the Network, Security, and Telephony infrastructure within the Bank to ensure all related systems are running and functioning as expected.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to support tickets, queries, and fault reports
  • Supporting Network projects where required
  • Understanding the inner workings of an IT department to effectively triage tickets and queries
  • Ensuring all related systems are running and functioning properly
  • Supporting ongoing projects
  • Developing a wider than normal understanding of the traffic flow between locations and inside and outside of the organisation

Responsibilities:

  • Aid the Infrastructure Support team in efforts to maintain the network and telephony infrastructure within the Bank
  • Respond promptly to support tickets, queries, and fault reports
  • Support Network projects where required
  • Understand the inner workings of an IT department to effectively triage tickets and queries
  • Ensure all related systems are running and functioning properly
  • Support ongoing projects
  • Develop a wider than normal understanding of the traffic flow between locations and inside and outside of the organisation

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 5.00 with one hour for lunch.
