Community Outreach Coordinator

This exciting opportunity enables you to make a real difference in your community. As Community Volunteer Co-ordinator, you will work closely with the fundraising team to support their efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new locations for collection tins and create a comprehensive database of existing placements.
- Plan efficient collection routes to ensure all areas are covered.
- Distribute posters to promote events and maintain a strong online presence.
- Collect, count, and bank donations in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records in our database.
- Ensure all business information is up-to-date.
- Nurture relationships with key site contacts.
- A flexible time commitment is essential, as well as access to transport and driver documentation.
- The successful candidate will also be required to attend Teesside Hospice mandatory training and volunteer induction training.
- Ongoing training opportunities will be identified as necessary.
