Community Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced specialist to provide exceptional care and support to families in the community. As a key member of our neonatal department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective outreach processes, ensuring seamless integration with evolving clinical environments and parent needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective outreach processes.
- Providing exceptional care and support to families in the community.
- Collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals prioritizing quality work, staff success, and neonatal care excellence.
- Data collection and continuous evaluation of community care services.
- Annual RSV protection clinic management.

Requirements:Qualifications & Training:
- Registered Nurse/Midwife (Child/Adult) with current NMC registration
- Health-related first degree
- Recognizable teaching qualification (Mentorship / MIPS / FLIPS / or Equivalent)
- Neonatal Qualification in Specialty (QIS), ENB 405 or equivalent
- Newborn Life Support (NLS) certification
- Community Care of the Neonate Certificate / Or Equivalent
- Non-Medical Prescribing Qualification
- Relevant and current experience of working within the neonatal clinical environment
- Current and relevant experience of working within the neonatal community setting
- Experience of mentoring and clinical supervision
