Job Summary
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team, providing support to individuals in their homes and local communities. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering excellent care, celebrating achievements, encouraging fun and creativity, and engaging directly with our wider community.
About the Role
You will work closely with our service users, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored support to help them achieve their goals. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores, as well as accompanying individuals on outings and activities.
Requirements
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Experience of working in a care setting (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference in people's lives
