We are looking for an Education and Safeguarding Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of our Pastoral Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting children's well-being and relationships, working with staff, parents, and students to ensure safeguarding and mental health provision, creating supportive relationships with families and children, contributing to school-wide behaviour management, and assisting in tracking complex student needs and coordinating support.

The successful candidate will have a desire to make a positive impact on children's education, ability to adhere to working procedures and policies, flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000-£32,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, access to wellbeing centre, shopping discounts, fully funded healthcare scheme, discounted nursery fees, contributory pension scheme, and a friendly school community.
