About the Role


We are seeking an exceptional Admin and Operations Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, flexible working capacity. The role is open to various locations: Ashbourne, Navan, Blanchardstown, or Drogheda.



Job Description


The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stores by providing excellent customer service through accurate and efficient administration. This includes general Hearcare Administration, attending store meetings, creating action logs/minutes, compliance diary management, and more.



Main Responsibilities



  • General Hearcare Administration
  • Attending store meetings and taking minutes
  • Creating and maintaining action logs
  • Compliance diary management
  • Diary management
  • Stock takes and controls
  • Ordering hearing aids/consumables and maintaining correct levels
  • Processing invoices from suppliers
  • Hub/Hearcare audits
  • Responsibility for document control
  • Coordinating staff training
  • Maintaining the up-to-date staff structure chart
  • Rota management and leave planner
  • Filing customer records
  • Using the sales ledger system for debtors
  • Preparing letters and memos
  • Handling correspondence with 3rd parties
  • Opening and maintaining problem pathways report
  • Covering the Hearcare Reception Desk
  • Ensuring timely end-of-day procedures
  • Assisting with staff appraisals


Key Objectives



  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
  • Ensure accurate customer information recording
  • Liaise with Optical staff to improve relationships
  • Maintain an organized administration area
  • Promote the Specsavers brand as an ambassador

Salary Information


This rewarding role offers a competitive salary of around €30,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Please note that this figure is an estimate based on national averages and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
