We are looking for a skilled professional to manage our client base, develop strategic relationships, and drive growth through sales and marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Sourcing and introducing new business customers to our services, building a pipeline of potential opportunities.
  • Following up on sales and marketing leads, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular updates to the team.
  • Acting with professionalism, maintaining confidentiality, security, and a positive attitude at all times.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with Health and Safety policies and procedures, adhering to best practices.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, working flexibly to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
  • Documented information relevant to customers, sites, and the Group, stored securely in accordance with Procedures.
  • Maintaining and enhancing personal expertise in specific areas relevant to the role, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Implementing and upholding Group Policies and procedures in all work activities, providing feedback on perceived risks, issues, and potential improvements.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This package also includes a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • A flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
