About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing the care team within our care home, ensuring that care staff adhere to CQC guidelines and provide exceptional levels of care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the care team within the care home, promoting high standards of care and supervising staff to ensure they are meeting the needs of residents.
- Ensure that care staff are adhering to CQC guidelines and providing exceptional levels of care to residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Supervise and support less experienced staff to enable them to fully contribute to the care provided within the care home.
Requirements:
- Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Previous experience working within an elderly care setting.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and well-organized.
- Team player but able to work on your own initiative.
- Dependable, able to work well under pressure, and flexible to meet the needs of the care home.
Benefits:

- 33 hours per week working through night shifts.
