Senior Care Lead

As a Senior Care Assistant at Advinia Care Homes Limited, you will be responsible for leading our care teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion, and resident dignity. You will work closely with the Unit Manager or Home Manager to develop, implement, and update care plans in accordance with CQC guidelines.
