Transforming Women's Healthcare in Underserved Communities

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead our community engagement and communications efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in creating safe spaces for underrepresented women to shape the services that affect them.

Our mission is to support those most at risk of poor healthcare outcomes by fostering trusted relationships and delivering culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care. We are committed to improving equity and justice for ethnic minority and underserved communities.

As Head of Community Engagement and Communications, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with diverse communities, promote our services, and build partnerships with local organizations. You will work closely with our team to create a comprehensive communications plan that showcases our work and amplifies the voices of women who are often overlooked.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing community engagement strategies to reach underserved communities
  • Creating and disseminating communications materials to promote our services and events
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with local organizations to advance our mission
  • Providing leadership and guidance to our team on community engagement and communications efforts
