About the Role

MORI is a pioneering digitally native brand empowering families to sleep better. We're seeking an exceptional Community Engagement Specialist to accelerate our existing community initiatives and identify new opportunities.

This role will be a key focus for our core markets (UK & US). As Community Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for growing a loyal and engaged community of brand ambassadors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Accelerate the growth and engagement within our online community, MORI VIPs Facebook group, collaborating with the Social Media Manager to introduce creative ways to make MORI and our products more shareable.
  • Work with the Retail Operations Manager to build a framework and deliver the toolkit for retail events, enabling our Senior Store Manager to build a strong physical community in the neighbourhood of our retail store.
  • Realise the potential of MORI's Sleep Club, turning our sleepsuit subscription service into a true club, working with the Senior Growth Manager.
  • Tap into existing parenting communities through IRL events to drive awareness of MORI.
  • Support with research and leverage MORI team and community feedback, influencing NPD and creative development & execution.
Requirements
  • Proven community management experience within a digitally native business.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
  • Show initiative with the ability to perform tasks in a self-sufficient manner with minimal oversight, consistently meeting goals.
