About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Greater Manchester. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with daily living skills and supporting them to live independently in their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to clients with mental health needs, including administering medication and completing cleaning and household tasks.
  • Observe, monitor, and record client information, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to enhance their life skills, including problem-solving, budgeting, and home management.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans to promote client independence and well-being.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health needs, Autism, and substance misuse is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and utilize a variety of communication tools.
  • Resilience and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, lates, nights, sleep-ins, and 24hr shifts.
