Key Responsibilities- Administer pension schemes, including processing member applications, contributions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws, including the Pensions Act 2004 and the Pensions Regulator.
- Provide excellent customer service to our members, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve the administration of our pension schemes.
- Proven experience in pension administration, preferably in a similar role.
