Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Health Information Officer to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting workstreams as part of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the national digital agenda and be able to apply this knowledge to improve patient care. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support workstreams as part of the EPR implementation project
  • Develop and implement digital solutions to improve patient care
  • Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Information Officer (CNIO) and Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO) to develop and implement digital strategies
  • Ensure AHP adoption and engagement in the use of technology

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional/clinical qualification (HCPC registered)
  • First level degree in related healthcare discipline
  • Master's degree relevant to role or equivalent experience
  • Teaching/Mentorship qualification
  • Clinical Safety Officer Practitioner or willingness to undertake
