About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Create a positive and productive store environment that fosters a culture of customer obsession, commercial acumen, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement operational plans, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, commercial awareness, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive performance improvement.
  • Ensure accurate stock processes, efficient inventory management, and effective visual merchandising to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with business needs, communicating effectively with the Store Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
