Store Operations Manager

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of a Tesco store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and team performance.
- Take ownership of running duty shifts, coordinating the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store that meets customer expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, listening to customers and helping to resolve any issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve service and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Support and guide colleagues in-store, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor store performance and assist managers in implementing actions to improve store operations.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for pay increases based on location and experience.
- A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work additional hours.
- Three weeks' notice of scheduled shifts, allowing for flexibility and planning.
