About the RoleThe Facilities and Store Controller plays a vital role in the success of our operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating the entire hire process, from taking orders to delivery and collection. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure customer needs are met and our service is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the hire process, ensuring seamless delivery and collection of equipment and tools.
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain effective organizational systems to optimize depot operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Support the development of the depot team, providing guidance and training as needed.
