About the Role:
To be a successful Assistant Store Manager at Next, you will:
- Support the Store Manager in managing and inspiring your team to achieve sales and operational targets, and stepping up to cover the store when needed.
- Create an atmosphere where delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales and operational performance targets, and maintaining accurate stock processes is at the core of everything you do, in an environment which is commercial, operationally efficient, and safe.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational and commercial activities by working alongside the team, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times in order to meet business needs, and effectively manage and motivate your team to achieve their full potential.
About You:
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction, with a strong commercial understanding and ability to create a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.
- You have exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team, and effectively deal with people issues.
