About the Role

Change Grow Live is a charity dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our service users. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with service users to assess and engage with our support services, ensuring they access the right interventions at the right time.
  • Deliver psychosocial interventions to reduce disengagement, harm, and associated criminality.
  • Assess suitability for CSTR in Court and provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning.
  • Reduce drug and alcohol-related harm to service users and the wider community.
  • Provide advocacy for access to partnership services and promote carer, service user, and community involvement.
  • Support social reintegration, enabling service users to lead meaningful and purposeful lives.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience working in a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to work proactively and manage change successfully.
  • A good working knowledge of mental health interventions, services, and good practice.
  • A supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in partnership with a wide range of professionals and stakeholders.
