We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Manager/Controller to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our workshop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating the job management software, managing driver welfare, and handling purchasing for the Workshop. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and that our customers receive the highest level of service.
The Role:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Workshop
- Mon-Fri office-based role with occasional site visits
- Progression opportunities to Operation/Transport Management
The Person:
- Mechanical Engineering background
- Strong IT and communication skills
- Commutable to Bishop's Stortford
