Senior Healthcare Assistant

Zwolle IT City is seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our care team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care with compassion and understanding, leading and supervising the staff team, developing person-centred care plans, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a commitment to quality and providing excellent care. If you have a Diploma Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, we would like to hear from you.
About the Role:
- Delivering high-quality care to residents with compassion and understanding
- Leading and supervising the staff team in all aspects of care and social engagement
- Developing person-centred care plans tailored to individual needs
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
