About the Role

This Healthcare Administrative Assistant position is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced administrative environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinical team, including tasks such as taking telephone calls, booking appointments, cashing up clinics, and preparing clinical correspondence.

You will work flexibly in line with the needs of the service, during core hours of Monday to Friday 07:30 - 18:00, which may be subject to change until 20:00 in the near future. The post holder must be able to commit to shift patterns and provide reception cover as part of the wider theatres administrative team.
