About the Company:

Morgan Philips Group is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the development and implementation of the HR strategy for our client's UK and Ireland operations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-impact HR initiatives, driving business outcomes through effective people management, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned to the overall business strategy, ensuring seamless integration with organizational goals.
  • Talent Management: Design and implement talent management programs that foster growth, engagement, and retention, resulting in a high-performing workforce.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions, minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Employment Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, mitigating risk and promoting a positive employer brand.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
