Lead Test Automation Engineer Position at Simplyhealth

You will collaborate with various teams within Simplyhealth to guarantee high-quality and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality and test processes aligned with Agile and Scrum principles to ensure software excellence.
  • Contribute to defining the automation strategy and best practices for all squads, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the automation team to design and implement frameworks and tech stacks that maximize benefits.
  • Coach and mentor Test Automation Engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting growth and development.
  • Work closely with Software Developers to ensure effective defect fixing and re-testing, ensuring software stability.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading and mentoring QA automation engineers, with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience in test automation for software applications in Agile environments, with a deep understanding of testing principles.
  • Proficiency in UI and API testing, with knowledge of various test automation frameworks, including [insert relevant frameworks].
