Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Specialist at Simplyhealth

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions based on business needs. You will collaborate with various teams within Simplyhealth to guarantee high-quality and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality and test processes aligned with Agile and Scrum principles to ensure software solutions meet business requirements.
  • Contribute to defining the automation strategy and best practices for all squads to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the automation team to design and implement frameworks and tech stacks that drive maximum benefit.
  • Coach and mentor Quality Assurance Engineers for their training and development to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Work with Software Developers to ensure effective defect fixing and re-testing to maintain software quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading and mentoring Quality Assurance Engineers in automation.
  • Experience in test automation for software applications in Agile environments.
  • Proficiency in UI and API testing, with knowledge of various test automation frameworks.
