Job Title: Medical Evaluator Specialist
About the RoleWe seek an accomplished Paramedic to assume the role of Medical Evaluator Specialist, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This dynamic position combines stimulating professional challenges with the convenience of a standard office schedule from 9am to 5pm and adaptable working arrangements.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting meticulous assessments of individuals and evaluating the effects of their disabilities or health conditions on their daily lives. By drawing on your advanced clinical expertise, you will collect detailed medical histories, perform thorough examinations, and prepare precise reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP). These comprehensive reports will form the basis for the DWP's decisions on benefit entitlement.
Your excellent interpersonal skills, combined with your professionalism, will enable you to establish trust and rapport with clients. Effective communication and a deep understanding of client needs will be crucial in delivering exceptional results in this challenging yet rewarding role.

- Produce accurate and detailed reports based on your clinical expertise and findings.

- A competitive salary of £37,500 - £43,000 per annum, with an additional £2,000 after the first year and ongoing bonus potential of up to 10%.
