About the Role:

As an EHCP Assessment and Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire Education, Health and Care Needs assessment process across all ages 0-25. This involves working under the direction of an experienced Senior Officer to ensure the Local Authority meets its statutory deadlines in relation to this process.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a degree-level education or equivalent experience. You will have practical experience in a relevant field, customer-facing environment experience, and high interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will also have a proven ability to work in a pressurized environment and manage time effectively.

Working Environment:

You will be part of the Assessment Team and work closely with children, young people, and their families throughout the assessment process. Our offices are located across Oxfordshire, and we offer an agile working policy. There may be a requirement to attend regular office-based sessions and face-to-face meetings.
