We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Stock Condition Surveyor to join our team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor to take on a new challenge and utilise their skills in assessing the condition of domestic properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking condition surveys on houses, flats, blocks, and communal areas to determine the age of components and energy efficiency.

  • Surveys of residential properties
  • Logging of any HHSRS failures
  • RDSAP assessments
  • Recording condition and energy information on a tablet

Candidates should have previous experience as a surveyor and hold a driving licence. A qualification at HNC level or equivalent experience is also required.

A domestic energy qualification is desirable but can be gained on the job.

We offer a competitive salary, with estimated earnings ranging from £35,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
